While creating Tryst, Lennard got back to using his palette again (he’s more of a monochrome kind of guy). His drawings look wonderfully minimalistic but when you look closer you see a witty, wonderful and sometimes surreal narrative. Like in the work Tryst for example. She smokes a cigarette while keeping her eyes at the door. A "tryst" being a secretive rendezvous between two lovers, adds a little bit of extra to this naked mystery.
